1. Validity of General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the DecESims website available at www.decesims.com and the related services provided by DecESims.

1.1 Terms

1.1.1. The DecESims website is operated by DecESims, with connectivity services being supplied by DecESims.

1.1.2. These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, shall apply to all services rendered by DecESims in connection with the prepaid eSIM profiles provisioning to Clients. By accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the “website”) and/or by completing an order, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below and the privacy statement.

1.2 Registration and Accounts

1.4 Termination & Suspension

1.3.1. DecESims reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the services without notice at any time due to the occurrence of an event arising from network collapse or cessation of maintenance provision.

1.3.2. In using the Services provided by DecESims, the Client must not engage in any abusive, illegal, or fraudulent actions or take any actions that could impair or damage the Network. When the Client breaches this obligation, DecESims may suspend the Client’s use of the Service.

1.4.3. All bundles offered by DecESims are intended exclusively for use by human Clients. These bundles must not be utilized within any automated system. In situations where usage within automated systems or by non-human entities is requested, the Client must contact Customer Support and request special bundles. Any violation of this usage restriction may lead to the termination of the agreement.

1.5 Refund and Cancellation Policies

1.4.1. Refunds may be requested prior to activation of the eSIM profile. Once an eSIM has been activated, used, or installed on a device, the purchase is deemed final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

1.5.2. Refund requests must be submitted via email to DecESims customer support. Most issues can be resolved without the need for a refund.

1.5.3. Approved refunds (excluding crypto payments) are subject to a 10% processing fee to cover payment system charges and administrative costs. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

1.5.4. After a refund is processed, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on the Client’s payment card statement. PayPal refunds are typically processed within several minutes.

1.5.5. Refills, promotional offers, discounted plans, and partially used plans are non-refundable.

1.5.6. In the event DecESims terminates services due to fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the Service, no refunds shall be provided.

1.5.7. Crypto payments are final and non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.

2. Referral Program

2.1. By participating in the DecESims Referral Program, the Partner (the “Advocate”) can earn free data for each person who purchases their first DecESims product using the Advocate’s unique referral link.

2.2. The Advocate must create and share their unique referral link. The referral link must be used by the referred friend to purchase an eSIM.

2.3. Rewards for Advocates:

a. Free Data Coupon: The Advocate will receive a coupon for 3 GB of free data, applicable to their eSIM line.

b. Conditions: The 3 GB data reward is provided when a referred friend uses the referral link to purchase an eSIM.

c. Coupon Validity: The data coupon remains valid provided the eSIM is refilled at least once per year.

2.4. Rewards for Referred Friends:

2.7. Misuse or violation of referral terms may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.

2.8. DecESims reserves the right to modify the Referral Program terms with at least five days’ written notice.

3. Disclaimer

3.1. The materials on the DecESims website are provided “as is.” DecESims makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

3.2. Network operators in countries may be changed by DecESims without notice.

4. Limitations of Liability

4.1. In no event shall DecESims be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use materials on the DecESims website.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on the Parties.

XRP, TRX, AXS (TRC20), HT (TRC20), ETH (TRC20), ETH (BEP20), DAI (BEP20), USDT
(BEP20), DESU (BEP20), ADA (BEP20), USDC (BEP20), BTCB (BEP20), CSC. Minimum
payment limits may apply per cryptocurrency.

PARTNERPROGRAMM

2.1. By joining the DecESims Affiliate Program, the
Affiliate Partner will recommend DecESims products through their unique
affiliate link.

2.2. The unique affiliate link must be used to track sales
and allocate commissions accordingly.

2.3. The Affiliate Partner will earn a commission from the
net revenue generated through purchases made using their affiliate link.
Partners must accumulate a minimum of USD 25 in commissions before a payout is
made. If the commission balance is below USD 25, the amount will roll over to
the following month.

2.4. Commissions are paid during the first week of each
month via bank transfer, crypto wallet, credit card link, or PayPal.

2.5. Users who purchase eSIM products or refill their eSIM
products will receive a discount at checkout.

2.6. DecESims reserves the right to modify the terms and
conditions of the Affiliate Program at any time. Any such modifications will be
communicated to the Affiliate Partner in writing at least five days prior to
implementation.

2.7. DecESims reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate
Partner’s participation in the Affiliate Program if the Affiliate Partner
breaches any term of this Agreement or engages in any activity harmful to the
DecESims brand or business.

2.8. To commence participation in the DecESims Affiliate
Program, the Affiliate Partner must accept the invitation to join via the
Affiliate Portal.

2.9. The Affiliate Partner will receive an email
notification from DecESims upon the first product purchase made through their
affiliate link.

2.10. The Affiliate Partner can track commissions at any
time using the online daily reports provided by DecESims.

2.11. DecESims provides access to an API for Affiliate
Partner use.

2.12. The Affiliate Partner agrees to use provided tools and
resources in compliance with DecESims guidelines and policies. Misuse or
unauthorized use may result in termination of the affiliate agreement.

2.13. DecESims will provide necessary technical support to
help the Affiliate Partner use the Affiliate tools, reports, and API.
